My pivotal role is reflected in: Capacity Building and Talent Training: Refining students' skills in performance, delivery, and handling radio and television texts, while instilling linguistic and vocal confidence and professionalism to shape them into the voice and face of the future. Research and Academic Innovation: Leading research projects that explore the intersection of media, education, and society, and contributing to enriching the university library with scientific insights that keep pace with digital transformation.
