Vice head of the English Special Section

A Lecturer at the Faculty of Information and Communication Sciences, University of Algiers 3. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations, awarded in 2019. Her academic and research interests focus on the intersection of political science, international relations, communication, and emerging media technologies. Dr. Haddad is actively engaged in the academic and institutional life of the Faculty. During the 2025–2026 academic year, she served as Supervisor of the Faculty’s Scientific Clubs, supporting student research and academic initiatives. For the 2026–2027 academic year, she serves as Vice Head of the English Special Section, contributing to its academic and administrative coordination.
