I hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences with a specialization in Management, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Economic Sciences. My research focuses on the dairy sector in Algeria, exploring its various dimensions such as production, collection, processing, and the public policies governing this vital sector. I also have a strong interest in Human Resource Management and Marketing, as both play a fundamental role in enhancing organizational performance and business development. Throughout my academic career, I have taught several courses at the University of Annaba and the University of Algiers 3, covering subjects related to Business Management, Administration, Human Resource Management, and Marketing. This teaching experience has strengthened my expertise in higher education and allowed me to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Through my research, I aim to contribute to the development of economic and agricultural policies and to promote national food security by linking academic analysis with real-world practices to achieve sustainable economic development. Moreover, I am deeply committed not only to the academic development of my students but also to their motivation and personal growth, believing that education should nurture both intellect and character.
