My profession combines both academic and pedagogical aspects. I strive to enhance students’ intellectual and methodological capabilities, encouraging critical thinking and quantitative analysis, and enabling them to link theories with real-world applications. I also focus on developing their problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills, which are essential in the field of business administration. The role I play goes beyond teaching—it includes supervising research, providing academic guidance, and participating in scientific activities and conferences. These contributions support the advancement of scientific knowledge and strengthen the higher education system in our country. What I consider my greatest achievement in this profession is graduating a generation of students capable of strategic thinking, efficient performance in diverse environments, and effective contribution to national economic development through knowledge and innovation.
