I am Dr. Elhachemi Rebiai, a university professor specializing in Management Sciences, with a strong interest in contemporary strategies and the modern managerial challenges facing organizations. Since 2018, I have been actively engaged in academic teaching, delivering a wide range of foundational and advanced courses in Management Sciences and Business Administration across all university levels, from the common core and undergraduate (Bachelor’s) programs to the Master’s level. My teaching experience encompasses statistics in its various dimensions, ranging from descriptive statistics to probability, in addition to a broad spectrum of specialized courses, including Knowledge Management, Change Management, International Business, Performance and Excellence Management, Information Technology Management, Total Quality Management, and Digital Finance. This reflects my deep commitment to guiding students through contemporary, multidisciplinary academic approaches. My academic experience has also extended to interdisciplinary teaching, particularly within the field of Life and Natural Sciences, where I have taught in French, with a focus on their economic and social intersections. Alongside my pedagogical activities, I am actively engaged in scientific research, with several publications in internationally peer-reviewed journals in English, in addition to authoring books in both Arabic and English. I currently supervise undergraduate and Master’s students, with a particular focus on entrepreneurship, startups, digital transformation in management, and the ongoing transformations shaping the contemporary business environment. This reflects my continuous commitment to academic excellence and to keeping pace with evolving knowledge and global developments. I aspire to be a value-adding contributor, serving first and foremost my nation, and ultimately contributing to the advancement of humanity as a whole.
